The current project seeks to help connect LGBT seniors living in a variety of contexts with valuable resources and information related to LGBT health and legal issues and organizations that provide needed services and support.

The Division on Adult Development and Aging (Division 20) of the APA strives to advance the study of psychological development and change throughout the adult years. Members include psychologists who provide services to older adults, conduct research on adult development and aging, or are interested in learning more about or teaching life span development and aging.
The Division on Applied Experimental and Engineering Psychology (Division 21) of the APA strives to advance the application of psychological principles, knowledge and research to improve the ability of humans to operate more effectively in a technological society. The goal is safer, more effective, and more reliable systems through improved understanding of the user's requirements and performance capabilities.
The Society for the Psychological Study of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues (Division 44) of the APA strives to advance psychological research, education, training, practice and advocacy on issues related to minority sexual orientation, gender identity and gender nonconformity; and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender nonconforming individuals and their allies. Division 44 works collaboratively with others on minority sexual orientation, gender identity and gender nonconformity concerns to advance the health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and gender nonconforming people locally, nationally and internationally.
